1. Nature of the Products
The Decision Protocol Institute publishes downloadable internal AI governance frameworks. These are structured digital documents, editable files, and interactive tools designed for internal organizational use. They are not consulting services, legal advice, certification, or software.
2. Current Product Scope
The currently available products are:
- AI Use & Control Framework ($247, one-time purchase)
- AI Vendor & Data Control Framework ($247, one-time purchase)
- Complete AI Governance Suite ($397, one-time purchase)
Additional products or governance layers may be released separately. Any future product will be governed by the terms displayed on the site at the time that product is published or purchased.
3. Delivery and Access
Products are delivered as digital downloads immediately after purchase. Delivery is facilitated through our payment platform. The buyer receives a ZIP archive containing all framework documents, editable files, and interactive tools.
4. Intellectual Property and Permitted Internal Use
All materials are copyrighted by The Decision Protocol Institute (Lamberto Iezzi). Upon purchase, the buyer receives a license for internal organizational use within a single organization. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the materials is not permitted.
5. No Consulting, Legal Advice, or Certification
The products do not constitute legal advice, consulting, certification, or compliance guarantees. They provide structured governance frameworks that organizations adapt to their own context. The adopting organization remains solely responsible for ensuring that the implemented controls are adequate to its specific regulatory, operational, and risk context.
6. Refunds
Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Misuse and Termination
The publisher reserves the right to revoke access in cases of material misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Venice, Italy.
10. Publisher Identity
