1. One-Time Framework Purchases

The currently available products are one-time purchases delivered as immediate digital downloads. There are no recurring charges associated with these products.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

3. Materials Already Delivered

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, a refund constitutes a full return of the purchase price in exchange for the buyer’s agreement to delete all downloaded materials. The buyer agrees not to retain, use, or distribute any materials after a refund is issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact contact@decisionprotocolinstitute.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly.

6. Future Subscription Products

If future subscription or update products are introduced, their billing and refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
